Explore Our Solutions

VLE Global delivers turnkey marine infrastructure, statutory decommissioning frameworks, and rapid-deployment biosecure containment systems under the endorsement of UN Ocean Decade Action #586. We engineer the physical and financial mechanisms required to resolve complex biological liabilities, liberate encumbered real estate, and ensure full compliance with international maritime law.

Turnkey Decommissioning & Liability Buyouts

We provide corporate leisure operators, private equity funds, and institutional asset owners with an absolute, legally indemnified exit from captive marine mammal liabilities. By transferring 100% legal title and operational custody of cetacean inventories to our specialized UN-accredited transition entity (MTF), we eliminate ongoing holding OpEx and shield parent entities from statutory non-compliance.
Our turnkey buyout framework is funded through a structured, milestone-based corporate decommissioning fee, delivering complete site liberation to enable immediate, unencumbered commercial and real estate redevelopment of high-value coastal land.

SCCS Offshore Sanctuaries

The ocean-based standard for permanent cetacean retirement. Built upon certified Norwegian offshore aquaculture engineering (TRL-9), our modular floating Semi-Closed Containment Systems (SCCS) provide 30,000 m³ to 50,000 m³ of continuous, deep-water ocean space without internal gating.
The system delivers 100% benthic isolation from contaminated seabeds, clinical water turnover powered by deep-water intakes (20–30 m depth), active thermodynamic temperature control (14°C Thermal Lock), and multi-layered Biobrane membranes that absorb echolocation clicks to eliminate acoustic confinement stress. Deployed in sovereign port and technological free zones (ZLT), bypassing municipal planning deadlocks.

VLE ShoreTank™ (Rapid Onshore Triage)

Our rapid-deployment onshore holding and clinical isolation solution. Engineered for operating facilities facing acute structural degradation, pool leaks, or severe pathogen outbreaks (such as Mycobacterium marinum) that require complete pool drainage and sterilization.
The ShoreTank™ combines modular, demountable high-strength steel panel basins (300 to 800 m³) with a containerized 20ft Life Support System (LSS) featuring pre-plumbed industrial ozone, UV-C sanitization, and titanium heat exchangers. Transportable by standard road freight, fully operational within 72 hours on site, and leased under flexible equipment-as-a-service (EaaS) contracts to maintain uninterrupted animal care during facility remediation.

Sovereign Transition Blueprints (B2B & B2G)

Pre-FEED feasibility studies and statutory transition audits for sovereign governments, regulatory authorities, and corporate park operators navigating legislative captivity phase-outs. Delivered as fixed-price advisory mandates under UN Ocean Decade Action #586.
We provide national ministries and operators with unassailable technical roadmaps: encompassing hydrodynamic site suitability, biosecurity zoning, and financial modeling based on the "Polluter Pays" principle. Our blueprints provide the certified legal and engineering evidence required to enforce phase-out decrees while insulating public bodies and operators from protracted commercial litigation.

Dual-Use Response Grids (IOSC / OPA-90)

Bridging wildlife rehabilitation with national maritime disaster resilience. Selected as a Primary Paper for the 2027 International Oil Spill Conference (IOSC) in Savannah, Georgia, our containment architecture serves as a dual-use marine triage and quarantine grid for maritime emergencies.
In peace-time, our floating hubs support cetacean retirement and non-invasive acoustic research. Under emergency priority override (EPO), platforms integrate with national contingency plans (OPA-90 / EMSA) to provide rapid clinical decontamination and triage for oiled marine wildlife, funded sustainably through statutory readiness standby fees and corporate acoustic offsets.
