Our Journey

VLE Global was not founded to run another public campaign; it was built to solve the fundamental „Architecture Gap“ of modern ocean governance.
Over the past decade, nations passed landmark animal welfare and environmental legislation, yet governments and private asset owners repeatedly collided with the same physical wall: the complete absence of heavy, scalable offshore infrastructure to execute those laws safely. Facilities were shuttered, while animals remained stranded in deteriorating concrete tanks or were shuffled into foreign commercial circuits.
Recognizing that legal mandates without maritime engineering inevitably produce failure, VLE Global established an entirely new discipline: Strategic Impact Architecture.
Operating under the official endorsement of UN Ocean Decade Action #586 and EU Mission Ocean Node #9152, we engineered the convergence of proven Norwegian offshore aquaculture containment (TRL-9), clinical life-support systems, and institutional project finance (IaaS). Today, we provide the turnkey vessels, rapid onshore triage systems, and bankable decommissioning protocols that turn regulatory deadlocks into sovereign, indemnified reality.

EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP

Filip Kettner

Founder & CEO

„The ocean cannot be governed by good intentions alone; it demands steel, thermodynamics, and sovereign capital. My mandate is to ensure that when society decides to end an era of captivity or face a marine crisis, the physical infrastructure to catch those lives with dignity and industrial safety stands ready. We do not negotiate with physical constraints—we engineer them.“
