THE ARCHITECT'S VERDICT:
We selected Tarryn Johnston because she cracked the code on 'self-funding water infrastructure'. She had the engineering breakthrough and the forensic data, but needed the global commercial architecture to bypass bureaucratic paralysis. VLE is now architecting her expansion into the Nairobi and Maputo corridors.
